From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, smiling, and incredibly knowledgeable. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much more comfortable. I had a deep cleaning and gum surgery, and the team took amazing care of me every step of the way. One thing that really stood out was how thoughtful they were during the numbing injections. While giving me the shot, they gently tapped my shoulder to distract me, and it made such a huge difference. It’s such a simple technique, but it really helped calm my nerves and made the experience much easier. The massage chairs were also a wonderful touch and helped me relax throughout my appointments. You can tell they truly care about their patients’ comfort, not just the treatment itself. I’m so happy I found this office and will absolutely continue coming here. If you’re looking for a periodontist who is skilled, compassionate, and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Dr.Brandon Frodge!

I found this periodontist’s office because the periodontist I was originally referred to was fully booked until August. I’m so glad I found this practice instead. I have been very happy with the care, expertise, and professionalism they provide. Dr. Frodge genuinely cares about his patients and makes sure everything is going smoothly throughout the entire treatment process. He takes the time to answer questions and ensures you’re comfortable every step of the way. The staff is also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent periodontal care.

I absolutely love this place! It never fails. My cleaning appointment went so smoothly and painlessly. If all dental procedures and preventive care were this easy, I'd have perfect teeth! What makes this even more impressive is that this is a periodontist office—which can feel even more intimidating than a regular dental office. Yet every visit here has been a positive experience. In all my years, I've never looked forward to going to the dentist, but this office truly makes the experience comfortable and stress free. Everyone I've encountered has been amazing—from the front desk staff to the hygienists and doctor. This visit, Tanisha was my hygienist, and she was patient, kind, gentle, thorough, and incredibly informative. Thanks to the valuable information and guidance she provided, I finally purchased an electric toothbrush and a water flosser. Thank you so very much, Tanisha! Your care, expertise, and professionalism are greatly appreciated. Kudos to you and the entire team for consistently providing such an outstanding experience!

Dr. Frodge and his office are truly wonderful! I was referred to Dr. Frodge for a very deep cleaning. His staff are all so friendly and efficient! I never have to wait to be seen. Dr. Frodge is very kind, thorough, professional, and patient. He really makes the effort to make sure you feel comfortable before/during/after the procedure. I highly recommend them- truly a special office!

2 weeks out from a procedure with Dr. Frodge and team and all is well! The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating. From referral/initial consult to today’s recheck, everything has been so pleasant and easy. I was seen quickly and scheduled for my procedure without issue. The day of my procedure, the whole process was seamless and I was treated well throughout. Today’s recheck was also a breeze. Everyone truly is wonderful at Southern Roots from the receptionists to the nurses to Dr. Frodge himself. I am always treated with respect and like I’m the only patient they have. Thanks for the quality care!
